You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not use our website in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulations, transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising material, or knowingly transmit any data or material that contains viruses or other harmful components.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and place orders. By using our website, you confirm you meet this requirement.
3. Placing an Order
By placing an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase food from us. We may accept or decline your order at our discretion. Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email.
Prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT where applicable. All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
We cannot guarantee that all items will be available at all times. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you and offer an alternative or a full refund for that item.
4. Payment
Payment must be made at the time of ordering. We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. The contract between you and Moonpize is formed when payment is successfully processed.
5. Delivery
We aim to deliver within the stated delivery time (typically 30 minutes), but delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delivery is available within defined zones around each restaurant location. A delivery charge of £2.49 applies to orders under £20. Orders of £20 or more qualify for free delivery.
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to you not being available, you may be charged a redelivery fee. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it for a full refund. After this period, we cannot cancel orders that are already being prepared. If you are unsatisfied with your order (wrong items, quality issues), please contact us within 24 hours and we will offer a refund, replacement, or credit at our discretion. This does not affect your statutory rights.
7. Promotional Codes and Offers
Promotional codes are subject to their specific terms. Only one promotional code may be used per order. Codes cannot be combined with other offers unless stated. Moonpize reserves the right to withdraw promotional offers at any time. Codes have no cash value and are non-transferable.
8. Loyalty Points
Moonpize Loyalty Points are earned at a rate of 1 point per £1 spent. Points have a value of £0.01 each (100 points = £1). Points expire 12 months after the last account activity. Points cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used towards delivery fees.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by or licensed to Moonpize Ltd and is protected by UK and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Moonpize shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on our website with an updated date. Your continued use of our website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
